ACP

Aluminum Composite Panel(ACP), this special panel is a three-layer sandwich structure made by thermal bonding two pre-finished and corrosion-resistant aluminum plates to a non-toxic polymer polyethylene(PE) resin core.

This excellent new material is outstanding for its lightness, rigidity and flatness and will not exert extra force on the interior or exterior of the wall. Its functions of insulation and sound blocking help protect the building, while its design features help to express the building's characteristics. ACP sheets are often used for outdoor signage, and channel letter backings. It can also be applied as a decorative material on the ceilings, columns and information boards.

ACP is used within the signage industry as an alternative to heavier, more expensive substrates. This is also used for external and internal architectural partitions, false ceilings, machine coverings, container construction.

The ACP provides excellent high-tech color uniformity.
Lightness & Rigidity
The ACP weight equal to that of a thin plate of aluminum. It is rigid yet easily worked due to its extreme lightness.
Superior Flatness
ACP is extremely flat and improves upon the twisting and bending that usually occurs in the appearance of other metal plates.
Corrosion Resistance and Durability
Through the best treatment of the surface, the ACP can prevent corrosion and have the specific ability to endure weather
temperatures ranging from -50°C to +80°C. Provides excellent durability in outdoor applications.
Superior Fabrication
Processes including cutting, bending, grooving, and curving are machine-tooled and the panels have particular ease in processing.
Superior Maintenance
As it can be used with PVDF coating paint, it has a strong chemical resistance. Smoke, gas and dust that accumulates on the surface
of the ACP can be easily washed off with water mixed with a synthetic detergent using a sponge.The initial unique color is therefore
easily maintained.
