Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS)

ABS

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, or ABS plastic, is one of the toughest and most beneficial plastic materials to use across various industries. Similar to acrylic mirror sheets, ABS plastics offer extreme resistance to impact, making them a great for heavy-duty applications. Due to their low cost, investing in ABS plastic sheet is a smart decision for saving money in long-term.

What makes ABS plastic unique is that it is s a thermoplastic with tremendous high and low-temperature performance. Typically, ABS plastics are used for vacuum forming, but they are versatile enough for multiple applications. And, they can be easily modified to fit your project's exact dimensions. In fact, you can saw, heat-form, paint and glue an ABS plastic sheet.

General purpose grades are mostly used for interior applications and may work for some outdoor applications. Exposure to outdoor elements may cause changes in the impact strength, hardness, and surface gloss.

ABS plastic is available with in a wide range of textures and product grades. ABS UV resistant, machine grade, FDA approved, general purpose and medical grade are offered in a variety of colors, finishes, textures.

Our selection of ABS plastic sheet has a ¡®HAIRCELL FINISH¡¯ and includes basic thicknesses of 0.8mm-12mm to meet the individual requirements for each of our clients. Among our ABS products, there is not only standard size, 48" X 96¡°, also available in many sizes. Please inquire us to learn more about the ABS product that will best fit your project needs.
